Home of Shirley’s 1857 Bone and Flint Mill: The Only Operational Steam Powered Potters’ Mill in the World
The museum will normally be open on Fridays between 11.00am and 3.30pm. All staff are volunteers so visitors are advised to check before travelling. Please note that we will not be open on 3rd June 2022 due to preparing for our Canals Festival weekend. The museum is also open for five steaming weekends a year. For admission at other times please book by contacting 07900 267711 OR firstname.lastname@example.org. Bookings accepted subject to volunteer availability.
It is managed, maintained and operated by Shirley's Bone and Flint Mill Volunteers CIO, a registered charity that owns the mill.
